General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

  1. Scope: These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop by consumers.
    2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract: The purchase contract is concluded with Justin Geißler, owner of Curléa.
    3. Prices and shipping costs: All prices are final prices in euros. Shipping costs are listed separately.
    4. Delivery: Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are typically 6–11 business days.
    5. Payment: Various payment methods are available in the shop (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna).
    6. Retention of title: The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
    7. Right of withdrawal: Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal (see withdrawal policy).
